Our facilitator

Kiran Mann is the President/Founder of M2M Business Solutions Inc. She has a combined experience of 22 years working within/for automotive manufacturing and consulting in North America. She specializes in business growth strategies with a focus on business foundation, developing leadership teams and business structure that is aligned with business vision.

She focuses in raising awareness and implementing customer experience business growth. She is an advocate of importance and sharing tools of talent management and change management that are key pillars to business growth. She is passionate about H2H theory, where our customers and employees are all human.

Previously, Kiran has led automotive business team and successfully achieved business growth by implementation of change management and focus on employee retention. Kiran enjoys adding value to business teams by introducing ideas and tools that are focused on day to day business struggles and models process that focuses beyond learning to successful implementation and accountability that helps managers overcome day-to-day business fires with change management.
